The Beam Store offers the following Returns Policy:

Beginning November 1st the return period is extended to January 15th or 14 days whichever is later.

Returns are cheerfully accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. Shipping costs are buyers responsibility unless item is damaged. We hold ourselves responsible for the item safely arriving to your door. If item(s) are damaged during shipping we will quickly send a replacement and make arrangements for the damaged item to be returned at no cost to you.

Full Warranty:
We offer a two year full warranty on all our products.

The Beam Store offers the following Shipping Policy:

We use UPS and Fedex as our preferred shipping methods. All of our products ship within 2-5 days with most products shipping within two days. Transit time is 3-5 days anywhere in the United States.

The shipping rates listed on our website are for the Continental US. If your item needs to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or an international address please call us for a shipping quote.
