Formulated with Calendula infused Sweet Almond Oil, Beeswax, Carnauba Wax, Lavender, and Peppermint Essential Oils. 

Calendula -  is known to speed healing.  In one particular study wound closure was 90% in animals treated and 51% in untreated.  The study also showed improvement in healing speed.  

Sweet Almond Oil - Sweet almond oil is full of vitamin E, vitamin A, monosaturated fatty acids, protein, potassium, and zinc. These vitamins and minerals aid in healing and inflammations. It has also been shown to improve eczema and psoriasis. It is also a great moisturizer. 

Beeswax - has been shown to relieve pain and inflammation, help with dry and cracked skin, moisturize and provide anti-fungal properties.

Carnauba Wax- Is a vegan hardener and moisturizer. 

Peppermint and Lavender Essential Oil - is a great combination to provide aroma to induce relaxation and calm.

The beam is made using cross-grain laminated wood construction. This gives the beam its strength and prevents warping or twisting. No center support is needed. The core is planed and sanded to the competition oval beam shape. Our beams are built as close as possible to competition beams for a realistic training experience. This includes padding, covering, and shape.

The padding is closed cell polyethylene foam. The same padding that is used on competition beams. It is covered with heavy-grade synthetic suede material. The material is durable and easy to clean. The work surface is 4 in. wide.

The support braces are 12 in. wide and made of 12 gauge structural steel with rubber end caps to protect the flooring beneath. Also included with the beam are a set of our low-profile legs. This will make a great practice beam.

FOLDING PANEL BEAM AND ELITE HIGH BAR MATS

All of our folding mats are designed and manufactured with the best materials available. We don't make different quality mats such as "regular" and "firm". All of our mats will be what other companies sell as their best "firm" mat. We use 18 oz. vinyl coated nylon (heavy vinyl) for the cover.

We reinforce all wear points such as corners. Our mat tops don't have any sewed seams except along the edges. We use 2" thick polyethylene foam. You can also choose any color for your mats, so if you're getting tired of everything being blue, brighten up your gym with pink or purple. All of the available colors match our beams!

This item ships with a Freight Service due to the product length.  Please allow 10 -15 days for delivery.

A common question we are asked is " Why is this beam so much more than your 8ft beams". The reason for the cost difference is the beams weight, construction method and cost to ship. This beam weighs 180 lbs vs 42lbs for our 8ft beams. Because we have a longer span between the beam legs the beam must be much stronger and a different construction method and additional materials are used. The weight capacity also increases to 350 lbs. Because of the length of the beam it must be shipped with a freight carrier as opposed to FedEx or UPS and this substantially increases the cost to ship. It is shipped in a large wooden crate to eliminate damage.
